Your order with us gets processed through the following steps:
Step 1: Order Placement (1 working day) Once you place the order, please give it up to 24 hours for the next process to start. This is due to the time difference around the globe. We might see your order after 12 hours of order placement before starting the next process.
Step-2: Cutting, Stitching & Quality Assurance (4 to 5 working days)
This step is subdivided into further steps, details are given below:
Pattern Making & Leather Cutting We believe in providing personal attention to each and every order, we stitch. We cut the pattern of your ordered jacket, vest, coat, dress or trouser according to your provided size on hardboard and then fresh high-grade leather gets cut according to that pattern. You might feel some smell because of fresh leather, which goes away in the next two to three days.
Stitching Once leather pieces are cut, next comes the stitching process. Your jacket, vest, coat, dress or trouser gets stitched on machine by trained leather stitchers with personal attention to details. Lining, zippers, buttons, beads, etc. are also attached to the jacket during this phase.
Quality Assurance Once your jacket, vest, coat, dress or trouser is ready it gets inspected by our Quality Assurance team for any flaws in leather, stitching, and sizing, etc. before it gets shipped.
Step-3: Shipping (4 to 6 working days) Your order gets dispatched through the best available courier service for your country (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Step-4: Delivery (1 working day) Finally, your order gets delivered to you. Please do provide your contact number (landline or mobile) while placing order. It’s required by Courier Company. They need it in case you are not present at your address at the time of delivery.
We do our best to handle our customers’ concerns on a priority basis and try to resolve any issue(s) if occur with no delay. You can buy any type of garment confidently as we accept returns.
