Refund and Returns Policy

At MyPowwowStore, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date if:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mypowwowstore.com with:

Your order number
The reason for return
Clear photo(s) of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or defective product).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund the item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
